Indianapolis Police Brutality on Yongping Zhou

Policeman Patrick Belanger beat Mr. Yongping Zhou bloody on the 4th floor of Indianapolis City -County Building on May 18, 2005, and falsified his Probable Cause Affidavit by his lies that he ( Belanger) was beaten up. On June 10, 2005, Mr. Zhou filed Complaint with Indianapolis mayor Bart Peterson to request Peterson to release the surveillance tape; since June 10, 2005, for 3 years, Indianapolis mayor refused to release the surveillance tape.

Mr. Zhou was forced to pro se this 04-18-2007 trial without being represented by a lawyer ( his constitutional right ) by judge, who denied Mr. Zhou's two Emergency Motion For Continuance, just after his appointed lawyer Rich Ford withdrew on March 30, 2007, because pd Ford cheated him about Indiana law code, which was caught by witness Mr. Dewayne Burkhart.

In this 04-18-2007 trial, Indiana jurors had found that Belanger falsified his testimonies and granted Mr. Zhou's victory for this trial.

Indianapolis government hid the surveillance tape for 3 years. In Indiana Southern District Court, Mr. Zhou pro se filed his Complaint to sue Belanger for this police brutality and falsified Probable Cause Affidavit to wrongful prosecution.

On 10-08-2007, two Federal Court's subpoenas were issued to Indianapolis mayor and sheriff to request both to release Mr. Zhou's 06-10-2005 Complaint's file folder, including relevant evidences and documents.

In violation of Federal Civil Rules and law, Indianapolis mayor and his attorney lied to response that he did not receive Mr. Zhou's Complaint on June 10, 2005. His lies was caught, the audio cassette proved that he lied and he had received Mr. Zhou's Complaint. Mr. Zhou filed with Federal Court to ask judge to set a hearing to hear this cassette evidence on 01-25-2008, judge has not ruled yet.
